Where are my finished files?
iPhone and iPad: Files app → On My iPhone → Pagewerk. Mac and Windows: the folder you chose when saving. Web: your downloads.
I have a new device. How do I get Pro back?
Account → Restore purchase, with the same Apple, Google or Microsoft account you bought it with.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your store’s subscription settings, e.g. on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pagewerk. Pro stays active until the paid period ends.
A file doesn’t convert properly.
