Refunds and Withdrawal
The German version of this page is the legally binding one. This English version is a translation for your convenience.
Purchases on the web
Paddle handles web purchases as reseller and issues the invoice. If you want to request a refund or withdraw from a web purchase, use the support link on your invoice or contact Paddle's buyer support.
Paddle's refund policy explains the requirements and deadlines, which depend on your country. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You can also write to us at support@pagewerk.app, and we will help.
What a refund means for Pro
- If a full refund for the current subscription period is approved, the Pro access paid for with it ends. Further renewals are stopped.
- If a partial refund is approved, your access remains for the paid period.
- A refund that is still pending or was rejected does not change your access.
- Other valid Pro licences you have, for example from the App Store, remain usable.
- For the one year of Pro without renewal, an approved full refund ends that year of access. A partial refund keeps the access.
- The money goes back to the payment method you paid with. When it arrives depends on your bank or payment provider.
Apps that are offline learn about the change the next time they connect.
Purchases in the App Store
For purchases in the App Store, you can request a refund from Apple. Apple decides on these refunds.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account ends your web subscriptions immediately. It does not trigger an automatic refund. If you want a refund, request it first as described above.
